When is the move?
We expect the new facility to be fully functional by the end of 2015

How will Nordson MEDICAL ensure that there are no supply disruptions and/or can you produce safety stock for us?
We will build additional inventory to cover the transition period based off of historical volumes, but this will not GUARANTEE supply. If there is a concern for supply beyond the historical supply needs, we are asking our customers to provide blanket orders through 2015. This will ensure there is no disruption in supply to any of our customers and will allow us to guarantee supply.
Are you going to perform First Article Inspections on all your products?
Yes. We will perform First Article Inspections by Product Family
Will the same mold and equipment be used?
Yes
What are the new features (processes, clean room, systems, equipment, etc) of your new facility?
Our capabilities will include expanded full clean room molding, assembly, packaging and inventory storage along with application and prototyping services.
Will the same personnel be operating your equipment and processes?
Yes
Will your new facility be ISO Certified by your Registrar?
Yes
When will you be ready to host audits?
We will begin hosting audits in October. Our audit schedule has filled up quickly and we are currently booking audits in December. Please contact qara@nordsonmedical.com for further information or to request an audit.
When will my parts be built in the new facility?
We are unable to provide specific dates based on numerous factors including forecast, capacity, scheduling.
How will I know where my parts are built?
Parts built in the new facility will be identified with lot numbers beginning with 150,000.
