RE: New Manufacturing Facility

Dear Valued Customer,

As a part of the growing Nordson MEDICAL platform, we are excited and proud to announce that we are expanding to further enhance the support and capabilities we can bring to you. Specifically, we have broken ground on a new 115,000 square foot manufacturing facility, less than 10 miles from our existing operations. The new facility will enable us to significantly increase our production capacity. Within this new facility we will also have expanded clean room molding, assembly, packaging and inventory storage along with application and prototyping services. We expect the new facility to be fully functional by the end of 2015.

The move to our new facility will take place in a staged manner once construction is completed. We are in the process of completing a Validation Master Plan (VMP) both for the overall move and specific to product lines and equipment and are adding additional resources to support the validation requirements.

Please be assured that that we will work closely with you to ensure that this transition is conducted without any supply chain disruptions.
