Nordson Corporation Acquires Advanced Technologies Business of Vention Medical
Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Vention Medical’s Advanced Technologies business, a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of minimally invasive interventional delivery devices, catheters and advanced components for the global medical technology market.
