The online catalog allows our customers to search for Polyester Heat Shrink Tube item(s) based on a specific criteria. The customer can enter a Max OD, select an available color, select the units, and/or number of items per page.
Choose the correct tubing from our online catalog:

Enter/select the desired MAX OD, Color, Units, or simply enter the item number.

Click on the Search button. The Polyester Shrink Tubing Item list is displayed.
Note: If you did not use the Customer Max OD filter option, then determine the Max OD of the product to be covered. Find the range in the "If Your Product Measures" column that covers the maximum and minimum diameter of your product. In most cases, there will be several items that will fit.
Generally, it is best to choose the smallest diameter that fits your product with the desired wall thickness.

Choose a diameter. Choosing the smallest diameter minimizes the amount of shrink, produces the tightest shrink at the lowest possible temperature, maintains the thinnest wall, and reduces the amount of axial shrinkage (i.e. shrinkage along the length of the tube).

Choose the desired wall thickness from the items within your product range. If there are multiple items that will fit with the same wall thickness, you may choose the size that you prefer or try several sizes with different wall thickness to determine the best fit.

The search criteria can be used as often as desired until the customer finds the product they are looking for. After selecting a different search criteria press the Search button to execute the search. Use the Reset button to set the filter back to its default state.
Note: In some cases it may not be possible to choose the smallest diameter possible or even to use any of the tubes selected using the procedure described above. This occurs for example, when the product to be covered has a varying or tapered diameter or when the heat shrink tube must fit
over a larger section of product but is to be shrunk on a smaller section. When shrinkage of more than 15-20% is required, we generally recommend drawing the tube down by applying axial tension during the shrinkage. These methods will allow shrinkage of up to 70% or more. See the product
