Nordson MEDICAL is proud to introduce the first all-in-one manifold for pharmaceutical and single-use biopharmaceutical fluid transfer applications. The revolutionary design of this patent-pending, compact fitting not only saves space, but also simplifies use and assembly. With five ports available in one component, gone are the many leak points found in traditional stopcock and Y connector manifolds. Ideal for downstream processing, multiple bags can easily be filled from one large bag. Flow is consistent as it travels around the inner body of the part, maintaining a steady pressure. The large flow selector is effortless to turn, and the lock-in-place feature gives you assurance that you are utilizing the desired port.
Introducing the CYLINDRAFlow™ Clamp
Nordson MEDICAL is proud to introduce the reusable CYLINDRAFlow™ clamp — specifically designed to rigid mount CYLINDRAFlow™ manifolds to any table or skid in clean room applications — improving its accessibility and ease of use.
The CYLINDRAFlow™ clamp — manufactured by our partners at Rocky Mountain Waterjet and Laser — is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, features a cutaway collar design for increased control, and a swing handle for tightening force control. The grooved inner collar surface of the clamp prevents the CYLINDRAFlow™ manifold from slipping or turning, and the textured swing handle provides a secure grip — allowing operators to use the CYLINDRAFlow™ manifold with one hand.
The CYLINDRAFlow™ clamp is currently being sold by our partners at Rocky Mountain Waterjet and Laser in Greeley, Colorado.
Simplify assembly and operation in your pharmaceutical and single-use biopharmaceutical fluid transfer applications with Nordson MEDICAL's new patent-pending manifold. The first multiport manifold on the market, CYLINDRAFlow™ features a one-to-one relationship between the inlet port and the five available outlet ports. The large flow selector firmly turns and locks in place with a clearly marked arrow assuring you that the flow path is set up correctly.
